Biography – Susan Pittenger Fine Art
Susan Humphrey Pittenger is a practitioner of traditional realism with over 14 years of experience. Her journey into the world of fine art began with a deep fascination for the techniques of the Old Masters, a dedication that has shaped her approach to oil painting. Based in Albany, New York, she works in a studio where time-honored methods meet a contemporary vision.
Specializing in still life and the evocative themes of vanitas, Pittenger’s work explores the intersection of beauty and mortality.
